If we shipped an incorrect product we cover shipping and handling costs BOTH WAYS. If the customer ordered the
incorrect item we still will issue credit for the product, but the customer will be charged the actual shipping
costs for shipping both ways (even if the original shipping cost was waived). In addition, there is a 20% restocking
fee for product which is returned because they were ordered incorrectly. Used and/or non-shipping damaged soap nuts and 18x EXTREME Liquid
cannot be returned for a refund.
Why is our warranty so complete? First, our products are second to none, and we have very few products
returned. Second, we want you to feel confident enough to plan ahead and stock up. You should never have to worry
that if you open up a product three months later and there's a problem, that you are out your investment.
